Which types of deciduous trees: rowan? - Tips?

My parents took care of him back then because of wasps.

We have planted 2x apple, 2x [Haus Zwetschge], 1x sweet cherry Sunburst, 1x walnut - a large mirabelle tree is still standing. For foliage, we have started a colorful hedge with weigelas, hydrangeas, and probably 5 other bush species.

We had to plant 3 trees. The result was:

1 peach tree
1 damson plum
1 sweet cherry

All three trees are dwarf trees (a tree is a tree), with the damson plum and the cherry being "columnar fruit trees."

For a while, an "Indian banana" was also being considered.
It apparently has very beautiful flowers, great autumn colors, and its fruit is said to be quite tasty from the description (like a fruit cocktail of banana, pineapple, mango, and vanilla).
We almost ordered the tree for a high price. We had already agreed.
But shortly before, we came across a statement that made us reconsider.
The flowers apparently emit a strong odor – said to smell like carrion. No thanks.

With us, the following were added: - Eisenholzbaum. Parrotia persica ’Vanessa’ - Schneeglöckchenbaum. Styrax japonicus ’June Snow’

We have added more: 3x sea buckthorn for a hedge - unfortunately all female (didn't know we also need males) 3 currants (well, that's just no foliage) 1x garden jasmine 1x unidentifiable (I don't think I even wanted that - but I probably paid well for it) 1x elderberry, 3x gooseberries and 1x blueberries 8 times hornbeam and 8 times privet bare-root
