How about durability? Is a solid wall construction more durable than a masonry with a lot of insulation?

Or is insulation even better here because you can insulate better later without touching load-bearing walls?

I wanted to build a house for my family and myself that can still be sold well after 50 years and is also attractive in terms of substance.

with a wall structure masonry, insulation, air layer, facing you can't go wrong. A facing facade is probably the most robust facade you can build.
