Which security level to choose for windows?

I think RC2 for the ground floor is almost mandatory. I don't know how it is with an alarm system, but we also had window sensors installed. Nothing is 100% secure, but if I feel safer, that's enough for me. We have the Eimsig house display from Eimsig Alarm Systems and just last year had the window sensors retrofitted. Now I can even leave the window tilted when we're away for the weekend.

I would never leave windows on tilt, regardless of the security level, when I leave the house. Do you mean break sensors or magnetic contacts?

RC2 should be at least on the ground floor, I wouldn't go any lower. 1600 extra for that is a joke... in the end, you count at least double.

Break sensors. The "tilted open" part was just to illustrate how secure it supposedly is.

with us RC2 was unfortunately much too expensive (over 7000 euros for the whole house). We are now using RC2n throughout the whole house, which was significantly cheaper, since the glass panes are probably the most expensive.

Best regards

RC2n is like RC2 with "simpler panes," right?
