If you have a new development with 35 plots, everyone picks the best ones. But that does not mean that the remaining lots are bad or unsuitable.

A huge drawback in this case is the developer restriction ...

In both construction areas I see, to put it kindly, "nonlinear" elevation changes. I suspect that this will also apply when broken down to the individual plots.

Unfortunately, that’s true, but otherwise it is hardly possible to get interesting plots of land in the Rostock area. We still have an appointment with Rostow on Thursday, but I don’t think they have more for us.

There are height indications also in the construction areas. You have to zoom in a lot. No more than 1m difference was recognizable there. Plot 25 has a marker each in the north and south, so it is basically level,

30. Only one street and a dead end. Then as close as possible to the street and you have sun in the garden all day. Unless a steel mill is built in the industrial area. Then better not.
