A monolithic passive house and then possibly even with a basement is, of course, tough in terms of costs as well as requirements. It would be my top preference – I want a passive house or better – I would probably have to switch to wood.
With the argument "indoor climate," I actually can't do much in times of controlled indoor air ventilation with monolithic construction (so not ETICS).
With solid wood houses, I would still think of the individual appearance, but that has nothing to do with plastered timber frame houses.
