Good evening, we are entering the final phase, meaning we are waiting for the notary appointment.

Now we would like to know which insurances we need when, what we should pay attention to, and where is best to look?

The following insurances seem to be necessary:

Insurance until move-in
Construction all-risk insurance - conclusion before start of construction from
Fire shell construction insurance - conclusion before start of the construction phase
Builders legal protection insurance - conclusion before start of construction from
Insurance from move-in
Homeowners insurance + photovoltaic
Natural hazard insurance
Household contents insurance

Where is the best place to look/compare, Check24 or meeting/requesting various insurance companies?
What else do we need to pay attention to?

Many thanks and best regards

Builder's liability insurance. Very, very important.

Builder's legal protection insurance is almost nowhere available.

Also insure residential buildings now, then you get the fire shell construction included free of charge.

construction service.... do you need it if you are building with a general contractor?

BU to insure the only thing that brings money into your life. Namely, the ability to work. Look at the contract very carefully here!

We have to provide proof of one. So probably not uncommon.

With check twenty-four you can have a look, it's nicely clear and everything quite simple. We took out the insurances there.

I would also consider life insurance based on the amount of the loan. It can also be adjusted gradually to the decreasing outstanding balance.
