Which insurances are recommended for house construction + recommendation

Hello everyone,

we are currently in the planning phase for building our house. Generally, we are in the final stages and waiting for the offer from the GU.
I would now like to take care of the preparations for necessary insurances.
At the moment, my research has led me to the following must-have insurances:
- Builder's liability insurance
- Residential building insurance (with fire cover for the shell construction)
- Construction performance insurance

Do you have any additions to this?

Which insurance providers can you recommend where the price/performance ratio is fair?

I entered insurance and so on in the search function and found nothing..

I am also currently facing the decision to take out the relevant insurances. There is a recent test report on homeowners insurance from Stiftung Warentest.
I have shortlisted HUK and GEV. With GEV, there is an additional 10% discount on each policy if you become a member of the Haus&Grund association. The annual fee of €35 is less than the savings from the 10%.
The telephone consultation with HUK was not very impressive, whereas with GEV it was clearly more competent.
Let's see who wins the race. What is your current status?

Um.. The "und Co." refers to the fact that I tried it with several terms...
