Which heating? Please provide recommendations

Hello, we are planning a prefabricated house with 140 m² living space and are still not sure which heating system we should choose. The house is located in the Ulm area and will be built on a slab foundation. Therefore, only a relatively small technical room is available. We are currently moving away more and more from the [LLW-Pumpe] because we have read quite a lot of negative things about it. What are your experiences? Also in terms of price?

I think information is missing. Otherwise, an air-to-water heat pump is equivalent to a gas condensing boiler in terms of cost and comfort, especially if you can do without the [Groschengrab Solarthermie], depending on the construction type.

Yes, it simply has to fit with the rest of the house and user requirements... but still, I would choose a gas condensing boiler again without much hesitation instead of an air heat pump/air-to-water heat pump.

I would choose the heat pump again, by the way I previously had a gas condensing boiler, so I know both ;p. I almost went with gas because I also wanted to cook with it, if my city hadn’t basically decided afterwards against laying the pipeline. Now I don’t regret it either with the heating or cooking with induction (although cooking with gas would actually be cheaper).

In terms of space requirements, there is not much difference between the two solutions.

We are also building a prefabricated house with +/- 140sqm. After endless considerations, we have now decided on the Stiebel Eltron LWZ 504 (air-to-water heat pump + controlled residential ventilation). We were previously offered the Nibe750, but we quickly dismissed it.
