Hello everyone,

I have been reading in the forum for several months now and am trying to form an opinion on the various aspects of building a house, incorporating various research and conversations with "experts." I manage quite well with many things, but when it comes to heating, I am not making much progress. This field is so vast and has so many facets that it seems almost impossible for me to make a "correct" or well-founded decision. Against this background, I am reaching out to you today and hope to receive additional information regarding our specific construction project, as I have learned from various threads here in the forum that no general statement can be made about which heating method is the "best." Fundamentally, we have decided on a heat pump with controlled ventilation, but we do not yet know which heat pump is most sensible. Attached are the results from our energy consultation with the request for constructive feedback on which heat pump you would choose in this constellation.

If you need any further information, please let me know.

Best regards and many thanks in advance for your time and responses!

Hello,
The use of the results of this energy consulting is not permitted for heating dimensioning or consumption estimation!
This document serves exclusively as the primary energy proof of the admissibility of the construction project (qualitative assessment), nothing more, unfortunately.
In addition, the brine heat pump mentioned there is an ancient slow mover and is no longer manufactured ;-)
A basic assessment (actual demand (capacity, energy) for heating and hot water) is missing here. The actual energy demand is also needed to design the source!

Best regards

Hello,

first of all, where do you want to build? Among other things, this determines whether a heat pump even makes sense.

And how did this decision come about?

Yes, it would be helpful if you could also upload the result of the heating load calculation.

Rhenish greetings

.. that's how it is ... two heating systems, three absolutely perfect experts and you get four different opinions .... this discussion is likely to be interesting ...

Completely correct, that is always the case as long as one is groping in the fog, i.e., results of a concrete basic investigation are not available. This gives room to assumptions, estimates, speculations of all kinds ;-) Accordingly, their reliability as well ;-) v.g.

Thank you very much for the previous answers.

How do I make a basic assessment or what details does it contain? Or is this created by an energy consultant?

In Hesse, or more precisely near Frankfurt am Main

Unfortunately I do not have it. Who can create this for me and what does it cost?

By essentially ruling out gas, since we primarily do not want to rely on fossil fuels.

In general, the question apparently arises as to how we should best approach the matter or who can advise us best. Is there a recommendation here?

I have read that the consumer advice centers also offer energy consulting for 5 euros – is that any good, or does it help us in making the decision?

Best regards
