I would like to request as many documents as possible from the developer so that I have all the documents during the warranty period (in case there are problems). If your BT hands them over to you, fine. I don't know if you have a right to that, I rather think not. Besides, I don't believe that critical thermal bridges are noted in a factory plan - they are more likely to be defects.
