Which documents are required for the transfer of land?

on 15.12. it is finally supposed to happen and we will receive the property from the owner (private purchase, without a real estate agent). Now the question arises what we should keep in mind on this day or which documents we would still need to receive from the lady.

Yes, the whole transferring/applying process regarding the land register etc. is clear to me, but do we get anything else besides the keys, or should we pay attention to something else? Read off electricity and water beforehand and preferably have it signed?!

When you write Grundstücksübergabe, it is assumed here to be a piece of land. Only you know where the keys and electricity suddenly come from.

Yes, it is a "recreational property," which is fully fenced and has a bungalow (wooden construction) on it.
