Where to put money? Long-term financial planning including real estate

For moral reasons, only the tailor would remain. For financial reasons, one would probably rather choose the insurance office. I would rather stay away from real estate agents, generally too fluctuating incomes and they will probably have a hard time in the future...

Why do you find the others morally reprehensible?

I have the appointment today and will ask again what kind of interested parties are available...

Insurance offices seem to be dying out, tailor shops have low sales, and the broker is too dodgy. However you do it, you do it wrong ;)

That's how it is..

I looked at the business. It's a small business, went quickly..

There is a property management company that takes care of everything. The non-allocable costs are around 50€.

The purchase price is negotiable. The commission is not :rolleyes:

There has been no vacancy there since the year it was built.

And supposedly there are already 2 interested parties at the bank for a financing discussion :D maybe it's even true, but it's always funny when you hear something like that..
