Where can I find extraordinary but affordable parquet?

Then let's just skip the first photo. The floor installers have experience with mosaic parquet in 16cm. Why shouldn’t they manage the 2nd picture (cubes without sticks) or, like with friends, somewhat larger cubes as trained floor installers? Wouldn't the work even be less if the cubes are simply larger than 16cm? I don't see the problem there, but of course I am a layman and am happy to be enlightened.

All I am asking is where I can find the material. The craftsman can then tell me himself whether he dares to take on the job and for how much.

You can get oak parquet in all possible variations at affordable prices from the company Spacva from Croatia. To my knowledge, they had a sales office in the Czech Republic. Otherwise, just inquire. You can also have it shipped on pallets by freight forwarder.

I immediately associate such opportunities with a nice vacation on the Adriatic.

In Croatia, there is a lot of natural wood parquet. Prices are significantly cheaper than here in this country.

Is there any parquet other than wood? One more tip is Haro. For example, there is Siessl locally. Special items sometimes 80% below the normal price. But probably not mosaic, rather other special woods/formats.

Otherwise, there is also a very well-known Dutch auction house where there is occasionally lot merchandise in good quality. Please google, I am not allowed to link anything here.

On 24.06 there will be large quantities of oak parquet in various designs.

Hungarian Point Caramel 725x130x14mm multi-layer parquet, 100.04m2, T&G system, lacquered, brushed, micro 4V, suitable for underfloor heating, 3 pallets

Currently 100 sqm for 359 euros incl. VAT and fees. It will surely go higher, but you can make one or two bargains there.

Just a tip!

Natural wood means solid wood. No carrier layer, no multi-layer parquet.

Especially for you! Solid wood or natural wood is parquet made from one piece. You can sand it down by 2mm once in a while. It has no click system but is glued to the floor.

Thanks for that. So he does not give any other parquet than made of wood. That was my question.
So you mean solid parquet vs. multi-layer parquet (two- or three-layered, but also made of natural wood)
