I am planning to redo most of our electrical system soon. I wanted to ask if anyone knows where I can get good quality materials at a low price. (Cables, Wago connectors, mounting materials for surface mounting etc.)

I would say hardware store ;-) or try calling an electrical company and ask. Otherwise, just google it, you can find a lot there.

Often the hardware store is the cheapest option, but I have to say that especially for cables or also the wall boxes for sockets etc., it makes a significant difference whether you use "cheap" hardware store cables or "good" cables from the professional.

At the hardware store, there are complete so-called EWL Instakit electrical kits with all the necessary electrical materials such as switches, sockets, cables, meter cabinets, etc. The best thing is that the electrical kits also include installation instructions, wiring diagrams, and terminal diagrams for self-assembly. The meter registration and acceptance by an electrical master company are also included. I bought an EWL Instakit electrical kit at Bauhaus hardware store 1 1/2 years ago, everything worked well. I can really recommend it if you want to install the electrical installation yourself.
