When will the property tax assessment notice arrive?

With us, it always went quickly. After the demolition, the office wanted to reassess immediately. It became more expensive than with the old shack on it. Hardly had we finished building when another letter arrived. Filled everything out and sent it away. After two weeks, another letter saying that due to the size we fall under the tangible value procedure. So we filled that out and provided evidence as well. Less than two weeks after submission, the assessment notice arrived. One week later, the property tax notice from the municipality.

We moved in 04/20, now the questionnaire for the unit assessment has arrived. I can't manage with the online calculators in this case, I'm curious to see what will come out in the end with the truthfully provided values...

Edit: I hope this will finally settle all subsequent claims from the municipality/associations ;)
