When will the property tax assessment notice arrive?

Property tax arrived 2 months after purchase. Then 8 months after completion of the house, a request regarding the house construction costs, which I did not want to answer. Then 4 months later the assessment based on an estimate. This is how it is now. Precise to the question: Usually, the notices arrived by mail between 8 and 10 a.m. :D

That is the crucial question, is it an estimate or are the actual costs "better". Everyone must answer that for themselves.

I have never added up the exact costs and did not want to start with that. The time is too precious for that.

We moved in October 2020, the purchase of the property was in February 2020. And the questionnaire from the tax office came in December 2020 I think, the notice with the assessment at the end of January 2021.
