When is a building permit required?

you almost always need a building permit. however, there are some construction projects, mostly smaller in nature, that do not require a permit! which ones these are can be found in the [Landesbauordnung]. the color of a house does, as far as I know, definitely need to be approved, and I believe you won't get away with "blood red" that easily. *hehe* :D

Oh!:eek: But who approves the color? And if it were rejected, can't anything be done about it? Because the choice of color is also specifically related to energy saving. Dark colors are supposed to have a warming effect automatically. ;)
