We have obtained several offers and received extremely different prices/procedures.
Everything from 950 to 2600€ was included.
Unfortunately, we are not familiar with this topic at all and wonder what is important in a soil survey?
Dynamic probing, small drillings, excavator trenches?

The cheapest offer includes 2 small drillings, a geotechnical report, and a comprehensive construction recommendation. Is that enough?

We had nothing more than the small drillings plus analysis of the core and then foundation recommendations for with and without basement. And our builder expected nothing else.

We also had a geotechnical engineer on site in December, it was around 700 €. There were also two dynamic probing tests, with hydrogeology, foundation recommendation, etc.
