What should be considered regarding a chimney?

I am currently building an apartment in a multi-family house. This apartment will have a fireplace. The fireplace (Hark 350k) has already been obtained. Now I still need the right chimney. Since I unfortunately have little knowledge, I am turning to you. The fireplace should be connected to the chimney through the exterior wall.

Below are the questions that concern me:
What do I need exactly? I have already seen chimney systems online but do not know if they have everything I need. I know that I need a chimney about 4-4.5m long and 200mm thick. Double-walled with insulation between the walls (how thick should this be?). Are wall penetrations included with the chimney systems, or do I have to get them separately? Are all chimney systems designed for external air supply (room air independent), or do I also need to pay attention to this somehow? What else should be considered?

What is an appropriate price for a chimney system? And what does the whole thing cost if done by a professional?

How high is the room heating load of the installation room, because 9 kW of this insert heater ! is quite a lot!
The chimney must be dimensioned according to the requirements of EN 13384 and executed according to DIN 18160 Part 1!
By the way, the last word is with the district chimney sweep, so you should consult him beforehand!

Unplanned self-construction often ends up being a money pit.

I can agree with Euro on that, I met with my district chimney sweep at the construction site beforehand, gave him the datasheet of the wood stove, and discussed the required distances with him. He can then also tell you right away which requirements you need to fulfill (how far the chimney must extend above the roof, whether the wood stove needs to be room air-independent, if you need a fire protection wall penetration, etc.).

Yes, 9kw is really impressive.

The stove is in the living room (approximately 45m² with an average ceiling height of 3m).
I also have to admit that I have already talked to the chimney sweep and we even met on the construction site.
Back then, it was only about the interior. So which distances to combustible elements, etc....
I can’t remember us talking about a chimney, except that the pipe goes outside and that the stove should be operated independently of room air.

I will probably call the chimney sweep again tomorrow and ask him how high the chimney should be.
