What is the cost of the structural analysis for a single-family house?

The HOAI fee is not there for fun and even that is actually already too low. For a 200m² single-family house with 3 corners and 5 edges, the fee is about €25k.

And then another 25k for the architect... Who is supposed to pay that, please? 98% of people don’t pay that, which is why most also offer below HOAI. I had actually intended to keep my mouth shut on such topics... Your example could also be interpreted as civil engineers being more pleasant in character. Or rather knowing that life is always about give and take. But I don't think it's easy to paint everyone with the same brush. And it’s not explicitly directed against you.
