Hi. I made a list of the ancillary construction costs. The connection costs for electricity and water I took from the local ordinance, sewage and internet I estimated.

Did I forget something, set it too low or too high? I would appreciate it if you could take a look. Building land would be [NDS]

land transfer tax (5.5%) 3520
notary fees 2500
land registry entry 1800

Construction preparation
surveying 2600
connection construction water 180
connection construction electricity 180
construction electricity costs 1500
construction water costs 500
fees for building permit, house number, etc. 1000

Insurances/Expert
builder liability insurance 180
fire shell insurance 170
expert 3500

Earthworks
soil analysis 1000
reserve soil replacement 4000

House connection
electricity 1600
water 1400
internet 1500
sewerage 2000

painting work 6000

Registration of a land charge? It is usually also quite expensive. And of course it depends on the amount you register. I find the two insurances almost a bit too cheap, how does it look with [Bauleistungsversicherung]? Costs for preparation are certainly too low.

Belongs under the category incidental purchase costs

Construction power box costs rent

This is free

Is that enough?

Rainwater, earthworks

Is that enough?

What about container, construction toilet, crane, scaffolding?

Hello. So construction toilet has been included everywhere in the construction specification. Crane, scaffolding? Do I have to pay for that myself? I would build with a general contractor anyway.

What does rainwater drainage and sanitary wastewater cost? I haven't found any figures for that so far.

Toilet, scaffolding crane and so on were not extra. Connections wastewater and rainwater 3,500 gross. Construction power box belonged to the contractor and was included.
