What exactly does "Telekom durchgeschlauft" mean?

there is a duct to the property for Telekom and additionally it says duct looped on the properties. What exactly does that mean? What needs to be done there and is that then the responsibility of Telekom?

Where does it say that?

Sometimes there are house connections ("ApL") in a basement, to which the neighboring houses are connected. Then it obviously makes sense not to lead them back to the street from house to house every time.

In the "site development plan" in the legend for electrical supply. "Electrical supply and empty conduit Telekom DN 80, empty conduit looped on the properties"

At our place, Telekom installed a cable ring in a corner of the property. Could that be what is meant?

What I described is the following: House B is accessed from the street, Houses A and C from House B; likewise with E, D, and F and so on. This cable loop is "followed" by the empty conduits. Alternatively, you can also access House A from the street and then B from A and C from B.
