That looks extremely similar to our bathroom. Both the plan and the layout of the floor plan.
Is that also from T&M?
Ours is a bit bigger and the tub is angled. Otherwise basically identical.

For under 10m² the best has been made out of it. Double sinks not an option for you? For us, for example, that would be an absolute prerequisite. Tiled shower will certainly be difficult given the bathroom size, but it's not a must. Can the bathtub be positioned so that one can look out of the window while bathing? Would the bather then see some sky or greenery?

Have you already tested with a T-wall? Place this one at the bottom. Behind it, a shower (tiled) and a toilet on the other side. I made a rough picture. Our bathroom will also be about this size.
