It is regional but can happen quickly. Water scarcity was not an issue there. Then the rain was missing. Not even half as much as we get falls there. It is not quite 40 km away. Business partners from the Lausitz report similar things. Precipitation has been missing in his place of residence since lakes were created as part of recultivation. The rain clouds move differently.

This is not about an investment that paid off in 3 years. That is why my objection.

We will not get approval because it is a protected healing spring area and too close to the water.

if you see it that way, financially it doesn't matter if anything changes. What do you all want to invest in? Hang and forest don't make it any easier.

Financially: What is needed, the scale is manageable, I will take care of the offer details once they are available. In terms of content:
[*]Berry bushes [*]a ginkgo [*]a laburnum [*]a wisteria [*]at least one copper beech [*]rhododendrons [*]perennials [*]in between a “sculpture path“ [*]perhaps an artificial stream [*]grapes and fruit [*]whatever else we come up with.
We proceed step by step, the plan is rough, mistakes happen. The point is that we don’t become “finished,” but that something can constantly change. It is nice for us if you can discover something every few steps and a mixture between “wild” and “order” arises.

understand Skulpturen gibt es bei mir nicht. This year an orchard is still to come and the desert garden perhaps to be started

Oh, I thought this was about conversion and not about forecasts.
