We bought the HOUE Sunrocker made of aluminum and plastic for my mother's balcony. Small, weatherproof, ultra-comfortable, costs a bit over 400€, but is absolutely worth the price. Virtually unlimited color choices. Would be something for us too, but we are well supplied and not constant new buyers. In the garden, we have the classic TEAK deckchair, available in different qualities from about 100€. Ours was already in the last garden and is now well over 12 years old, always outside and still as stable as on the second day; on the first day I had to repair it because the Danish Bed Store in Kaarst was stupidly difficult about an exchange without a receipt. We didn’t buy anything else there.
Another question comes to mind: can you read well in lounge chairs without armrests? Or is it better to have armrests for reading?
It is more a question of the "cut" than the armrest.
