Yes, aluminum would still be an option. I only have a very small garden. Therefore, the garden furniture will literally always stand right in front of my window. That's why I would like nice, rather delicate chairs that are also weatherproof. And preferably affordable as well. But I have already given up on that. When buying a house, my sense of price has become dulled.

Another question comes to mind: is it easy to read in lounge chairs without armrests? Or is it better to have something with armrests for reading?

The synthetic rattan weaving becomes brittle with intense sunlight exposure, I can only advise against it.

I wonder if you now want tips on where to get this brand or if tips for NoName/Non-Design sites where you can get cheap "counterfeits" are also "enough" for you? Somehow I have the feeling here again that everything has to be "brand".

No, non-brand would be better for me. But if someone knows a brand, that is also helpful. Because then I can look at the chairs and see if I like them. Fermob unfortunately has nice chairs, but they are a bit expensive for me.

We also have these "chairs." But for us, they are more like laundry baskets in the laundry room. :D
Surely one suitable model can be found among the 927417 different models.

How about the "5€ stackable chair"? It's relatively delicate, you can leave it outside, and the design has been around for over 25 years.;)

From the description "laundry basket":

….Imagine enjoying hours of reading pleasure here or watching nature …

Don’t you read the descriptions?
