Water in the window frame

Hello,

I have noticed for some time that water accumulates in the frame of some windows,
it is almost at all windows except the floor-to-ceiling ones.

Could you maybe tell me where the water comes from?
My theory would be that the window is not 100% sealed from the inside so that warm air escapes outside,
the window installer supposedly adjusted them all but many windows still catch and stick partly.

Do you have window rebate ventilators?

But yes, that's the kind of thing I mean.
Then, in my opinion, it would have been explainable, as warm, moist air can flow into the cool frame and condense.

hmm, what else could it be due to? the room humidity is not really high at about 45% at 20 degrees

Could you perhaps tell me where the water is coming from?

In my opinion from outside. In the photos, the drainage openings on the frame are clearly visible. These water accumulations are AFAIK normal, we also have them after heavy rainfall (downpours).

The question is, however, how the water gets in there; if it were due to heavy rain, the seal would not have to fit properly on the frame.
