Hello everyone,
we have the following problem at the moment.
A single-family house was extended upwards and new walls (partly brick, partly Farmacell) were built. They were plastered and after the plaster was white, we painted for the first time.
Unfortunately, it is now the case that water droplets form in some corners of the rooms and run down at the edge of the room.
Our drywaller said we should heat the rooms to about 15 degrees, after one hour ventilate intensively for max. 5 minutes and then heat again.
Since I have the impression that sometimes he doesn’t really know what he’s talking about, I wanted to make sure here if this is correct.
To be honest, I would have heated the rooms more than 15 degrees. Otherwise the walls will never get warm and dry out?!
I would appreciate advice!
Regards
Andy
