Warranty according to the Building Code will expire soon. Is the defect report correct?

are you sure that reporting the defect is sufficient? Or do you have to sue to interrupt the deadline?

That is exactly what the warranty should be for.
A lawsuit only takes place if the contractual partner does not fulfill their duties and one sues (which is not necessarily the case).
A warranty is a guarantee, so one should be able to do without a lawsuit.

I find your performance here very one-sided. Although one is not obliged to give the forum any value by answering questioners, a dialogue from you, if you already ask questions, should be possible.

I had to sue at that time to interrupt the deadline. However, it may well be that this is different here. I am not a lawyer who can assess that.

There are "cracks" in the common property (exterior walls) and also in the individual property. Or are the interior walls in the apartment also common property? I thought that is individual property, since it is in my apartment and not load-bearing etc. Thanks
