So mine look like this:

As I said, I thought these were quite chic... better than all the standard grilles.

I have also seen those somewhere. What are they called again? And is the fresh air and exhaust air separate, so do you need two of them?

Yes you need one per pipe, that means one supply air and one exhaust air

Thank you very much
Visually not wrong.
Can you tell me what other parts I need if I want to install these?

Outside air via facade.
Exhaust air via roof with original tiles.
Should be possible from 1x160 to 2x125.

You simply need two of these, which color you take is up to you:

Vallox weather protection grille WSG AF 160-K-Z DN 160

Brick red HE-VALLWSGAF160KZ White: VALLWSGAF160KW Gray: HE-VALLWSGAF160KG

You don't need anything else, the pipes come with the ventilation system. However, they must have a diameter of 160mm on both the fresh air and exhaust air sides.

I had the Vitalio grilles before. However, these become unsightly after a few years if they are on the weather side. That's why I switched to Vallox.
