The building description literally says:
"All interior wall and ceiling surfaces will receive joint filling by the painter to accommodate the woodchip wallpaper. The ceiling and wall surfaces will be wallpapered with medium-grain woodchip and painted with a white dispersion coating."

In the related section on self-performance it says:
"All filling work inside the house. This includes the filling of the interior wall and ceiling surfaces (concrete, sand-lime brick, drywall components). ... Furthermore, the purchaser must take appropriate measures before applying their wall coverings to prepare the substrate and to bridge hairline cracks."

Unfortunately, there is nothing anywhere about the plastering itself...

I thought about that too... that’s why I’d at least like to have the filling done by the executing company (if possible) – otherwise it definitely makes too much mess. I think I first need to get more concrete details from the developer before bothering you guys further with this. Too bad... but thanks anyway!

Ah ok, maybe that’s how it’s done these days, that plastering is no longer done. Don’t you find it strange (or does it bother you) that wallpaper is allegedly applied directly onto bare stone?

Do that! Maybe it’s just missing in the scope of work description.
