No, I pulled a few empty conduits there that go outside through the strip foundation using a KG pipe. There are two electrical cables and one water pipe in there.
It looks like there is no sealing slurry, see post . However, there should be one. Whether a drainage system makes sense cannot be seen in the photos. Just splash water, that doesn't help.
So I just found another photo from the outside. This is basically how the entire garage looked from the outside.
As I said, the sealing slurry must be applied up to the joint between the wall and the strip foundation. Otherwise, the water will always find its way through the concrete.
