Hello,
we have now received the first offer for a ground source heat pump. It is a heat pump from Waterkotte, model AI1QE.
Now I have read that the heat pump has a sound power level of 48 dB(A), which seems quite high to me. Since we do not have a basement, the heat pump will be installed in the house connection room on the ground floor. I want to avoid hearing the heat pump especially in the living room as well as at night in the bedrooms.
What experiences have you had with your heat pumps, especially if they are located on the ground floor? I am also happy to consider alternatives to the heat pump offered to us.
Regards
Nordanney
