I am just an amateur, but the question is how and with what it is insulated? For example, if you have [eine Aufsparrendämmung], which is diffusion-open, then theoretically it cannot mold. But as I said, I actually have no idea.
Central "Controlled Mechanical Ventilation" units should be frost-free, at least in the insulated room.
Correct =)
Furthermore, the rest of the attic thus serves as a frost-free storage area (since we don't have a basement)... especially all the children's clothes, toys, car seat and stroller as well as sleds etc., which are only used for a certain period (clothes from the first child, for example, which are stored somewhere in between for the second child)
Insulated with 240 mm glass wool 035 between the rafters
In the list, I find it interesting that especially items that are usually exposed to frost, such as child seats, sleds, and strollers, must absolutely be kept frost-free. We rather have the problem with liquids like paint residues, delicate Christmas decorations, etc.
One could try to store something like this in a garage or carport... I just say mold...
I rather meant that because of these things in the list, you would not have to insulate and heat the attic separately. That would also work in a cold roof. However, due to the controlled residential ventilation, this cannot be changed.
