Ventilation/Drying device for damp basement

That would drive me crazy too if the basement is constantly wet. However, I think finding the cause is not so easy. Only a professional can identify that.

If a drying device is then required, only rent one. I would not buy it.

The renting or buying, that has to be calculated. A damp basement is not good, especially now during the winter months. But the moisture has to come from somewhere. That has to be identified.

We had a water pipe that was installed inside the wall leaking. It only dripped, but that was enough. With this constant moisture, mold appeared. The [Bautrockner] was rented.
