When I read "Raumspartreppe" I feel very sick.
We searched for a house for a long time and viewed many. When I stood on a "Raumspartreppe" in a house, I felt like I would break my femoral neck on it. -> we won't take that!
Later we found out that the owner family had to move out because the woman fell down the stairs and broke her femoral neck.

There is enough space in the hallway downstairs. It will also be straight and not too steep. It will also be made by the staircase builder.
