So you are building with a Lehrter provider?
Until about 2 years ago, truss roofs were a considerable amount cheaper than carpenter roofs – today, due to the requirements on the wood, this is no longer the case; rather the opposite.
Why do you want to waste valuable storage space or, in other words, create an obstacle course on the floor?

we are currently planning the construction of a 170sqm city villa with a hipped roof and a roof pitch of 30°. Is the use of the attic even possible due to the roof structure?
