Until when must construction power be taken?

Well, no idea, maybe from the post of the OP who asked how long you have to use construction power and the post #9 that said it was 3€ / day, so not worth mentioning? However, you are right, it was not said that the thing would stand unused, I was wrong about that. Mea culpa.

I also still have the saying about a week of break in winter from our architect in mind – maybe he is originally from NRW [emoji6] Ideal temperatures for the foundation slab are around 10 degrees, but it also works at 5 degrees; below -2 then rather not anymore, unless you take certain measures. After at most 3 days, the foundation slab is frost-proof. Here, temperatures only fluctuate between -4 at night and +3 during the day. It’s just too risky here. In the southeast, it doesn’t look so good; in the rest, including NRW, I would be more relaxed [emoji4] But there’s always something [emoji6]

Oops That's the problem with Tapatalk, you can't immediately tell when the first post is from. I only see a "new thread," see "four pages," quickly read through them ... and think that this is a "new thread" and therefore current... lesson learned
