Some of the comments I don't really understand, but probably that's not a big deal.

Again about bargaining: I am not at all of the opinion that the cheapest offer is the best and that everything must cost nothing. But if a craftsman names an amount on site and afterwards the written offer shows twice that amount, I think it is fair to question that critically, without it having anything to do with "bargaining," right?
