Hello,
after the acceptance, we unfortunately noticed a few uneven spots in the parquet flooring in the new building, which are especially noticeable between rooms and at the transitions. We therefore suspect slight height differences in the screed, maybe about max. 1cm.
What do you do about that? Tearing out the parquet, grinding the screed, and starting over is a bad idea because we are already living in the place.
1) From when is this considered a defect that can justify a price reduction?
2) How much could realistically be reduced?
Best regards
