I’m telling you as someone who also has to deal with regulations in life. You overlook the two cm in old plans from the 70s. Take a ruler and meditate on those two cm. By the way, we exceeded the floor area ratio by three square meters, officially in the building application. That also went through without problems. They’re not monsters sitting in the offices. I cannot see any contradiction.

Apparently, I was under the mistaken impression that there are people here who know the procedure in such a case. I see the fundamental difference in whether the UBA acts or must act due to the violation as such per se, or whether it sees no reason to respond as long as the "aggrieved" neighbor does not complain about the grievance.

As pedantic as you come across here, I hope you get the same kind of officials and that they demand the removal of the 2cm.
