I already have my dream house in mind and roughly drawn, but I primarily want to adapt the house to the plot and not the other way around. In other words, first a plot must be found and then house planning will begin.

As mentioned, it should be about 140 m² of living space, 2 full floors.
Ground floor: open living / dining kitchen + spacious living area for my home cinema with projector and screen. Depending on space, a guest/office room + a small bathroom. If we decide against a basement, a utility room must be planned on the ground floor.

Upper floor: 2 children's rooms, parents' bedroom + dressing area and a master bathroom. Ideally, we would like an en-suite bathroom for the parents + a shower bathroom for the kids, but that won't be possible with the living space.

To be honest, I would take any of the five plots, as long as we can escape our current living situation :)

Then 3 or 1, as an orientation to the south can be well planned. But as you write, in the end, there's not much difference anyway ;)

No. 3 or No. 2 ... No. 1 is a corner lot and has streets on 2 sides .. and presumably the clearing and cleaning obligations.

Hello,

I would choose number 3. I like it the best. Our residential area is about 15-20 years old, we have been living here for 15 years and our children are 13 and 16. There is also a playground here, the noise disturbance is limited... but it is extremely convenient when small children can go there alone and you can see from the house if everything is okay.

We are now building again in a new development area, but we have chosen a plot that is preferably not near the playgrounds.

My favorite would be number 2 because it allows natural light into the house from the East, South, and West. With clever planning, there is also a reasonable garden/terrace area.
