I’m afraid that if the Kärcher Surfsee in Biblis – which I already pointed out to you – does not offer you enough freedom, then there is no help for you in Germany. I don’t know anything more alternative.
Does this mean that a "hunting lodge" may not be rented out to weekend guests because it does not count as a "holiday home"?
To build a hunting lodge, you first have to be a hunting tenant, which you will only be able to achieve with a hunting license. Once you’ve reached that point, you may also hand over the key to other hunters. They then don’t have to search for marmot tracks and count hare droppings all day, but may also cuddle with their huntress or play cards.
Just put it all into one thread already, the experts answer you the same there, and it's easier for everyone to read.
Not quite: if I’ve counted correctly, four threads deal with the issue, three of them concern a specific property and the fourth a hypothetical one. So from that perspective it’s two different topics.
It is only the snapshot of the actual use recorded at a more or less random time.
Whereby the snapshot "outer area" and "no development plan in preparation" can be safely interpreted as an indication that the spatial planning intention does not want to allow holiday homes there for the foreseeable future.
