Just as feedback.

There was a non-public drainage plan for the development area, which should have been handed to us when purchasing the plot.

This plan specifies the type of drainage for each respective plot.

And what does it say in there? Possibly special options since they didn't tidy it up for you?

For our Mulde or Rigole plot.

However, since the groundwater level is relatively high and therefore infiltration is actually pointless, it is currently being checked whether connection to the stormwater sewer is necessary.

Trench drain with overflow could be a solution that the municipality agrees to. Give and take.

Maintaining the distance to the groundwater is the problem here.

As a result, infiltration is actually not permitted, but strangely it was still included in the drainage concept.

We will simply wait and see what the association wants now.

If it is impossible, just go into the channel. It was exactly the same here. A trench was actually mandatory until the soil survey proved otherwise ...
