Just so there are no misconceptions, a soakaway trench for a single-family house costs a three-digit to low four-digit amount.
So it gets lost in the background noise later on

Correct design and you never waste another thought on it

If the area to be compensated is small, the soil class is favorable, the terrain is flat, and the positioning is simple, that's true. Better check. For us, it was five digits.
