Two-story single-family house with double carport in Buxtehude

A very well thought-out floor plan with 180m2 but not too heavy either. So I like it.

With a bathroom with two doors, the children must not be shy. Or they always have to remember to unlock both doors again.

Maybe there is an electronic solution?! Both lock one door.

.. maybe a children's bathroom is unnecessary - but at the latest, when you don't have children but teenagers with friends in the house, that changes... The airspace is so tiny, it doesn't do anything except transfer sound and smell.

I would never ever want to give up a second bathroom on the upper floor. At least when the kids reach an age of 13-14, you will be glad. Just imagine if you have 2 girls and both become the kind who spend half the day doing their hair :rolleyes: (but of course want to be alone in the bathroom)

My impression is that a significant part of the property is to be paved. Is that mistaken or correct?
