For that, the ground floor is probably more of a residential basement; and the large utility rooms are also storage rooms. Say something about the plot, especially about its elevation profiles. I have already answered a handful of partly disguised follow-up questions as statements (?)

So far, I can unfortunately only say that the property is relatively flat.....have I answered your question with that?

No - because it contradicts the external staircase or at least makes it require explanation.
