Two bathrooms: Where should tiles go?

Do you really find them that bad? I know that bathrooms nowadays are usually designed differently, but I like the color May green, it always cheers me up. ;-) We will also use it sparingly.

Well then, at least shower 2.10 m and WC + washbasin side set down to 1.50 m. In the best case, have the pre-wall element built directly at 1.48 so there are no ugly stripes.
