Hello Gerddieter, I am reading along here with interest because we are currently in a similar phase. We have also already had several conversations and received offers. With the turnkey providers, it is like this: they all have hundreds of floor plans on offer. Moving a wall here and there with the computer, changing a window or planning a bay window is not a big deal. (At least not for a first rough planning – because these are finished modules.) Regarding the question of whether you still have to pay for it: I would say yes. But only after signing the contract. The people who conduct the conversations with us and, of course, want to sell us a house receive a not insignificant commission.

Would you perhaps – after I saw you active in several other threads Saturday evening – maybe also respond to inquiries in your own thread:

?

That’s how it is, and it is priced as acquisition effort. The taximeter regularly starts running from the moment a planning contract has been signed.

- of course I would.
I’m looking forward to showing you first ideas and "processing" your input. The forum is great!
Then there will also be the complete presentation, the questionnaire (which you regularly remind me of) and so on and so forth...
But until then I need a few more days - I don’t want to show up in the main thread "empty-handed."
Best regards, GD
