I would prefer if we had a construction company, but the question is how do you find one? I'm really going crazy right now, I search and search and on one site company XYZ is praised and on the other cursed.
The internet is both a blessing and a curse – unfortunately only partially helpful for what you're looking for!
There are new development areas in BW as well, aren't there? Go to one of those on the weekend and talk to the builders there. Since they will definitely be there on Saturday/Sunday without salespeople or craftsmen, you will get mostly honest information.
Afterwards, you can check the statements again on the internet; if the majority of the reported providers receive good comments, a first step is done.
